Dr. Tyler McAtee
Medical Director & Visionary
Dr. Tyler McAtee is a board-certified family medicine physician and the Founder and Medical Director of The Ranch Wellness Center in Laguna Niguel, California. He specializes in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and personalized longevity medicine.
An athlete from an early age, Dr. McAtee developed a passion for human performance that led him to work in both physical therapy and internal medicine throughout high school and college. Those formative experiences sparked a lifelong commitment to helping patients optimize their health through proactive, evidence-based medicine.
Dr. McAtee completed his Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where he received extensive training in both acute and chronic disease management across diverse patient populations. His clinical background provides a strong foundation for combining traditional primary care principles with the latest advancements in longevity and regenerative medicine.
Today, Dr. McAtee focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of declining health rather than simply managing symptoms. Through comprehensive laboratory analysis and individualized treatment plans, he helps patients improve energy, metabolism, body composition, cognitive performance, recovery, hormone balance, and long-term vitality.
Under his leadership, The Ranch Wellness Center has rapidly become one of Orange County's premier physician-led wellness practices. The practice was recently recognized as Best of Orange County by Modern Luxury Riviera, reflecting its commitment to exceptional patient care and innovation.

Ryan Blasing is a passionate entrepreneur and wellness advocate with nearly 30 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside leading physicians, clinics, and innovators, helping bring advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments to patients while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices.
Driven by a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and longevity, Ryan co-founded The Ranch Wellness Center to create a destination where modern medicine, aesthetics, hormone optimization, and preventative wellness come together under one roof.
