Medical Director & Co-Founder
Dr. Tyler McAtee is a board-certified family medicine physician and the Medical Director and CoFounder of The Ranch Wellness Center in Laguna Niguel, California. He specializes in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and personalized longevity medicine.
Dr. McAtee completed his Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Today he focuses on finding the root causes of declining health, not just treating symptoms, using detailed lab work and personalized treatment plans.
Under his leadership, The Ranch was recently recognized as Best of Orange County by Modern Luxury Riviera.

Ryan Blasing is an entrepreneur and wellness advocate with nearly 30 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, working with leading physicians, clinics, and innovators.
Driven by a passion for fitness and longevity, Ryan co-founded The Ranch Wellness Center to bring modern medicine, aesthetics, hormone optimization, and preventive wellness together under one roof.

Nancy is a Registered Nurse specializing in medical aesthetics with a passion for delivering natural, confidence-enhancing results. She combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals. Nurse Alina, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse | IV & Peptide Therapy
Alina is a Staff Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's degree in Integrative Medicine. She is currently completing her PhD dissertation. She specializes in IV hydration therapy and peptide treatments, with deep knowledge of regenerative aesthetics and integrative medicine. She builds personalized plans that help patients feel their best, recover faster, and stay healthy.
