At The Ranch Wellness Center, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and supplements.

Supplements & Wellness Products
Due to the nature of supplements, ingestible products, and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible claims will be reviewed by our team and, when approved, may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, as appropriate.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Shipping Issues
The Ranch Wellness Center is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout. Customers should review all shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier and our support team so the shipment can be reviewed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed to be changed or canceled after they are placed. If you need assistance with an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing
When a refund is approved for an eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying order, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
